These rosemary roasted cashews are simply the best. The recipe is from the only and only, Ina Garten and, wrapped beautifully, they make a wonderful Christmas gift for friends and neighbors this holiday season. A little bit sweet, a little bit of spice — mixed together with fresh rosemary! I love to package these up in brown paper lunch bags (I double bagged all of mine), use some red and cream ribbon, a fresh rosemary sprig, and these labels I made that you can print out here! You will see a second label on the pdf printable, that DIY Christmas gift is coming tomorrow and you won’t want to miss it!

+ 2-3 tablespoons roughly chopped fresh rosemary leaves
+ 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
+ 2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
+ 2 teaspoons sea salt
+ 1.5 tablespoons melted butter
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place your cashews, in a single layer, on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. While they are baking, combine the rosemary, pepper, sugar, salt in a bowl. Add warm nuts to rosemary mixture and pour melted butter over. Toss until well coated.
