the giants won the super bowl and i am 37 weeks pregnant, it’s a good day!

are you prepared for a major photo overload? swell… because you’re about to get one. my sweet friend, jess, took our family’s pictures… all together as a family of four that will so soon become five. the boys only hung out with us for a bit because it was close to nap time. so, they smeared their peanut butter on a spoon, aka all they eat, everywhere and then foster declared his baby sister in my belly to just be a ball under my shirt and wanted one in his shirt, too. thanks, buddy. you also can gasp in amazement at the size of my stomach and ponder on the fact that i still have three weeks to go. can we all say a quick prayer together please? dear Jesus, let this baby arrive before or on her due date. and please don’t make me be the next woman to give birth to a 14 pound child. amen and amen.

i almost didn’t get pictures taken this pregnancy and i am so glad that we did these… even if it is super close to my due date and i am large and in charge. i love these photos and they will always bring back memories of our sweet time together as four as we anxiously await our girl’s arrival. thank you, thank you, thank you jess!

  15. OOOOh, like Heather, I totally noticed your big map on the wall. We have one(I found it in our attic!) that we're planning to re-hang in a different spot(I used to use it as a window shade over this old original long window above our couch) and pin where our missionary friends are around the world. Soon we'll be on there ourselves!:)
    You look amazing and its great that you have these memories before little one arrives:)
