i know what you’re thinking. it’s a shocking change.
we painted the walls gray, i made a wreath (you can buy one here), i slapped down some shoe shelves from our closet out there for the many shoes that acquire, and my mama made some of my vintage sheets into curtains. i love them.
do you slap down shoe shelves too?
my mom also made this little curtain for the door into our house.
it’s sort of my favorite fabric.

Love the gray and yellow – one of my favorite color combinations right now. Funny…our entryway has yellow walls and I hate them. I've been thinking about painting them gray and using yellow accents. I can only take yellow in small doses. 🙂

Totally understand the shoe thing! We scored a shoe cabinet from IKEA that doesn't look at all like a shoe cabinet… I end up showing everyone so it's no mystery. Love the light airy feeling to the curtains!!
i am totally in love with all the yellow! {i think i've been going through a yellow obsession these past two years or so, but that's beside the point}… what a wonderful addition to the heat of summer! xo
