i need a record deal.
i haven’t been able to say all the books of the Bible in order in a long time.
big props to brody’s sunday school songs cd that we listen to 58 times a day.
don’t ask me if i can say them without singing them.

  3. Same story…50 states. But turns out I come in handy ALL the time for knowing them. Except people aren't ever impressed by my singing. Seriously?

  4. haha! I learn the OT to a totally different tune and never quite learnt the end. Know the NT to a different tune though… but not game enough to vlog it!!

  6. I totally know the feeling, friend. I always go over the song my mom taught me when I'm trying to find a book I don't normally read out of. I don't know that I could do it without the song, either!

  7. When my oldest kids were little, I learned (or re-learned) so much the same way! Fun!

  9. I still know the 50 states in alpha order from a song I learned as a little kid! I learned the Old Testament this fall while my son's preschool choir learned the song. We also listened to it many many times! They will be learning the NT this fall, woo hoo!

  11. haha! This cracks me up, this is EXACTLY how I learned all the books of the Bible, I still sing it to myself when looking up books and passages!! Love it!!!

  15. Hahaha! I love this! 🙂 My boys ran over when they heard singing and watched it with me, and then when it was over, Jackson said, "let's watch it again!".
