caleb really likes this band, and recommended i listen to their song, “from the inside out” – a remake from hillsong united. i love it. i’ve been listening to it when running in the morning and am always reminded of our precious savior’s grace and everlasting, unconditional love. my prayer is to be wholly consumed by his love and to give this life, which is already his, back to him each day.
Still your mercy remains
And If I stumble again
I’m caught in our grace
Everlasting, Your light will shine
When all else fails
Neverending, your glory goes
Beyond all fame
My heart and my soul
I give You control
Consume me from the inside out Lord
Let justice and praise
Become my embrace
To love You from the inside out
Your will above all else
My purpose remains
The art of losing myself
In bringing You praise
Everlasting, Your light will shine
When all else fails
Never-ending, your glory goes
Beyond all fame
My heart and my soul
I give You control
Consume me from the inside out Lord
Let justice and praise
Become my embrace
To love You from the inside out
Everlasting, Your light will shine
When all else fails
Never-ending, Your glory goes
Beyond all fame
And the cry of my heart
Is to bring You praise
From the inside out
Lord my soul cries out

That's one of my absolute favorite songs! Love it!
And good for you running in the morning. What time do you get up for that?

isn't it an awesome song!
i leave here around 530/545 so i can be back before caleb goes to work and the boys are still asleep. i don't do it every morning but try to as often as i can – walk a mile, run a mile. let me know if you ever want to join 🙂

Chris signs up for overtime in the morning a lot which means he has to be at work by 6am. Maybe when his schedule calms down a bit. I just have to buy shoes first, haha.
