some of you may remember that back in september we completed our home study. once it’s complete, any and every thing that we filled out, answered, etc. during our adoption courses and home study is sent to new york state for approval, which is then sent back to our agency, and then the agency lets us know that it’s officially official with a letter. basically, we finished our part in september, as much as we could do up to that point, we knew that it was complete in our heads but we were just waiting for that letter to be in our hands. that letter arrived today. and having a letter in your hands, that says what you have wanting to see in writing for so long, does something mighty to your hearts…
