guess which cute girl took her first, official, steps yesterday?
yep. this one.
she’s been pulling up, zooming around with her push toy, and creeping along furniture for months. but she thought yesterday would be the perfect time to show us what she’s really got. which is hysterical to me to see this tiny human starting to walk at ten months, since both my boys didn’t walk til, oh, nineteen months.
it came at an inopportune time, of course. as i was the only adult present and i had to try to snap pictures with the zoom lens on my camera all while trying to guide her, catch her, and cheer her on.
the boys and i were a bit excited. we may have smothered her.

this three second video was the best i could do. i mean, being my third child she is pretty lucky she got a three second video at all. her panting is the sign that she is over the moon excited.

Oh my gosh! Already! I feel like she was just born. Those photos are adorable!
haha! i am a 3rd child and there are definitely no videos of me walking. she should feel lucky. 😉

that is awesome. my little man is turning one in like a week and still shows no sign of being ready. my girls were both already walking at a year. maybe boys take longer??
